About Rachel
I didn’t come to business strategy from strategy.
I came through the craft of hair, makeup and beauty, and learned the hard way that success without structure doesn’t feel good for long. I’ve seen what happens when things grow faster than the systems holding them, and how quickly clarity gets lost when you’re busy juggling everything yourself.
Alongside working in beauty, I’ve spent years inside other industries - education, construction, marketing and ecommerce, learning how businesses are actually designed to function. And the more I learned, the more obvious it became:
“Beauty professionals are taught how to do the work, but rarely how to design the business around it.”
That missing piece is what slows people down. Not their talent, motivation, or effort.
What I do best is see where things are leaking energy, where decisions are being made too often, and where the structure doesn’t match the life you’re trying to live.
I’m calm, direct, and very good at cutting through noise. I don’t believe in hustle for the sake of it, performative business advice, or toxic positivity. I do believe in high performance, but only when it’s sustainable, intentional, and actually useful.
